lastminute does not charge any fee for hotel cancellations but the hotel might charge. Most of hotels have a deadline for cancellations, which means if the bookings are cancelled before that, then there would be a full refund. But if you booked a non-refundable room, then you won’t be able to change it or cancel it. Refunds are processed on the same day as you cancel the booking. The refund is done to the same card which was used for payment. It might take 5-7 days for the bank to process the refund. Cancellations can be done either online or by calling.

Changes to hotel bookings can also be made, and you might be charged for change in travel dates, number of guests and room type. Non-refundable rooms cannot be changed and the exact fee can only be determined when you finally do it. Usually, the fee is the highest during the last 48 hours of the booking.
