Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Hotels

To cancel your hotel reservation, please click on My Account and sign in to access your booking history. To change your reservation, select Modify Order. To cancel your reservation, select Cancel Order.

For Trains

Train trips cannot be modified or canceled once the ticket is issued. If a change or a cancellation is required, please head to the refund window where you will board the train. You must have a valid ID and ticket in hand.

For Flights

These cannot be modified or canceled after the ticket is issued.

For Vacation Packages

To cancel or change your package, please telephone 400 619 9999 (within mainland China) or (86 21) 3210 4669 (international).

Please note there is no handling fee to modify your reservation. Additional change fees may be according to hotel and airline policies. There are handling fees however for cancellations. Additional cancellation fees are also applicable.
