The shipping cost and time depends on the product ordered. The bill shown online by Expansys includes freight and packaging charges. However, the shipment is subject to 10% additional GST within Australia. Only accessories are shipped via Registered Post, as they do not have any tracking policy. Any other device of higher value is shipped through courier partners of Expansys, like FedEx or DHL.

The estimated delivery time period for any product ordered on Expansys is 3-4 business days. The charges vary from $20 to $24 for DHL. For Registered Post charges vary from $24 to $42. The charges depend on upon the weight of the product. The delivery attempted by courier requires a sign and hence, courier partners do not ship products to PO boxes. Though, the Registered Post does not require a sign of the receiver and thus can be shipped to PO boxes.

You will be notified about your estimated delivery date and time via an email. If your order does not arrive within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, then you can contact Expansys Customer Support team. You can set your preferred delivery method at the time of ordering. If your order exceeds $300, then Expansys charges no shipping fee. But this bill should not include delivery charges or taxes. In case of an incorrect address, or unavailability of the receiver, Expansys do not accept liability for the expenses for re-delivery. Even if you wish to redirect your courier, you would still have to bear the extra charges incurred by courier.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any product, you need to contact Customer Support team. You need to return the product with original packaging. This packaging includes documents, accessories, stylus, battery, cable, and headphone. Before returning, make sure your device is unlocked and free from any security software. If you’re unable to lock the device, inform Expansys Customer Support team before placing a return.

If the device returned by you is locked or disabled, Expansys may charge you the full cost of the product. Expansys may not pay you refund or repair in such cases. Also, make sure your device is restored to factory settings and does not have any of your personal data. Expansys will not be responsible for data leak or disclosure, in this case.
