The booking is confirmed only when the company receives the application deposit, and the client receives a written confirmation from the company about the booking. The clients must provide relevant medical information to the company when booking the tour Product and should complete the G Adventure’s medical information form.

If you plan to book the YOLO tour, you must be minimum 18 years of age. The minor client bookings are subject to approval and review by the company. The company has a policy that all the clients must have a travel insurance of minimum AUD $200,000 that covers minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the booking by notifying the company or the Booking Agent. The cancellation fee will be determined as per the date on which the cancellation request is received. Here are some more details regarding cancellation of tour product and independent tour products:

• If the cancellation request is received before 60 days of departure, the company will hold the Lifetime Deposit, and the rest will be refunded.
• If cancellation request is received 59-30 days before the day of departure, the company will hold the Lifetime deposit fee and 50% of the remainder of the payment.
• If a cancellation request is received before less than 30 days from the day of departure, the company will hold the Lifetime deposit fee, and no refund shall be made.
